H-Beam Assembling Machine

Z15 H-beam automatic assembly machine is developed on the widely market research and customer requirement. The web and flange position is hydraulic transmission, both side is synchronization clamping and centerlise by mechanical, which can make sure the different web and flange plate tomposition in the range, automatic centerlise , no need to adjust every time(there is eccentric wheel to micro adjust).. when assembling the H-beam, the end side has hydraulic auto-elevation material rack, to keep sure the flange and web can alignment when assembling, upper press beam uses left and right 4 groups of guidance rail, to keep the steady when alignment, input/output conveyor and pull-rod system at the output side use sectional design, which cam add and reduce the number of conveyor based on the length of work-piece. Main motor uses AC inverter to control the speed, hydraulic pressure system adopts the products of Ningbo Chuangli, which is famous in China, also it has fine fillet, to make sure the long lift of valve.
