SGM-360 Automatic Chocolate Folding and Packing Machine is specially designed for chocolate, pralines and tablets in bunch packaging,with aluminum folding,paper wrapping and seal functions.

This machine can wrap with single or backed aluminum,it can be set up for both random and horizontal outlets and can reach 360 pieces per minute, actual speed depends much on the shape of the chocolate and the wrapping material used. Photocell system is installed to check and follow the color mark to ensure the wrapping is more perfect.

SGM-360 is composed of modularization structure so that it can be dismantled separately into modules,such as the product feeding belt and the disc positioning mechanics,etc. The products are in good order and positions before the paper aluminum coming. Generally,the packaging films come from two coils,which are guided by particular roller system. An discharge belt transfers the packed products.
