How to make hard ice cream ?
Ingredients
- 2~L drinking water
- 1kg ice cream powder
- Hard ice cream machine
Steps
- Pour the powder into a container ( the weight ratio is 1 : 2) , stir the mixture with a whisk until the powder is completely dissolved.
- The ice cream mix should be kept in the mixing container at the room temperature for 15-20mins.
- Pour the mix into the hopper of ice cream machine,and press AUTO.
- Put ice cream into freezer for 5hours at least(-18°C)
