Stable Three Rollers Pet Sheet Production Line , Plastic Sheet Extruder Machine
1. Introduction:
This production line is capable of continuously producing mono-layer or multi-layer PP, PE, PC, PS, EVA, ABS, PET plate and sheet with the width less than 3000mm and sheet thickness of 0.25-1mm, plate thickness 1-30mm.The products are widely used in the fields of refrigerator, air conditioner, auto, advertisement, construction and environment protection, etc.
1. Extruder: Appropriate single-screw extruder (exhaust or not )
should be chosen on the basis of different materials. Specially
designed for high compounding and plasticization capacity so as to
ensure high and stable extruding output.
2. Hydraulic filter and mould: The quick screen changer of
hydraulic system ensures the short course of screen changing
without material-leakage. Reasonable structure of mould should be
chosen in terms of material, whereas moulds of clothes-rack style
die are widely accepted to regulate flow-distribution and guarantee
even thickness of plate(sheet).
3. Three roller calendar: adopts horizontal , vertical or
45°inclined type according to material property, The distance among
rollers can be adjusted freely by hydraulic or mechanical means, so
ensure calendaring effect , keep even thickness and width , and
roller has special design of regulating angle. Temperature
controller operates separately.
4. Bracket of cooling roller: Equipped with corresponding guide
roller. The edge-shearing device equipped can guarantee fixed width
of plate(sheet)
5. Lanscape orientation cutter: Its of length-fixed cutting with
cutting precision less than2mm and adopts alloy blade or rigid
alloy saw bit to ensure the good cutting effect and constantly
stable performance.
6. The winder: Commonly the thickness blow 3mm plate and sheet
should use winder. Its of friction winder and other form as well
can be supplied according to customers demands. Adopts powerful
torque motor that freely adjusts speed and tension.

2. Extruder is designed with double vacuum system to vent water
very fast.
3. Close-circuit control ans servo-rolls contron system.

Advantage:
1. Advanced Siemens controlling system, PLC and Sanken converter built in to achieve precise controlling and stable operation with high speed.
2. SEW servo motor traction system built in the three roller embossing system to raise the precision of the synchronous operation of three rollers to produce flat and uniform PET sheet with international standard.
3. Automatic hydraulic controlling system adopted to easy the net changing process. -The net changer is designed with big-hole diameter to improve the productive efficiency and lower the net frontal pressure for machine safety.
4 . Independent safety system applied in the three-roller embossing system. When the materials are running out or the machine stops by accident, the three-roller embossing system will cut off the power and separate from the main equipment for protection of the whole extrusion line.
5 . The special structure design of the three-roller embossing system and the tractor make the operators adjust the in/out passage of the sheet
6 . The three-roller water circling system working in pressure adjustable double water pipe for independent heating.
7 . Two sets of high-power desintegrators are equipped with the extrusion line, which can recycle the waste materials immediately to enhance the production efficiency.
8 . The PET sheet cutter and the dual-station winder are equipped with the line to cut and wind the sheets as the operator's demand.
