KTO 011: Thermostat (normally closed); contact breaker for regulating
heaters.
KTS 011: Thermostat (normally open); contact maker for regulating of
filter fans and heat exchangers or for switching signal devised
when temperature limit has been exceeded.
If we want indoor to keep the temperature more or less constant, we have to keep switching our heaters on and off—or, alternatively, rely on clever gadgets called thermostats to do the job for us.
