A warp-knitted fabric made of a group of yarns is called a single-carded warp-knitted fabric, in which each coil is essentially made from a single yarn. Double - comb warp - knitted fabrics are woven from two combs. The weaving principle

The yarn is wound on the warp axes, which are located behind and above the braiding area, and all the yarn is fed into the braiding area at the same time. Each yarn is controlled by a separate needle during the socket. However, the guide comb controls the position of the yarn, and the needle used may change each time it is made into a loop. Jacquard mechanisms can be used to implement needle control to produce warp knitted fabrics of complex patterns.
