• Main frame: mainly include A3 steel, steel blade, base and drive shaft. The whole body is steel structure , adopts GB A3 carbon steel plate and channel steel welding with high-strength load-bearing capacity and anti-collision capacity; Inside body without electrical appliances and line settings , which is waterproof and safe. • The electric transmission station: mainly include motor, gear box, limit switch, optical axis,bearings, base and a full transmission components.Inner structure no gear, no rotating belt, no maintenance,more stable and longer lift. It’s the power source of the tyre killer system, mounted on the side of the main frame. When outage, can drop down or lift up the steel blade manually.
