Introduction of Jaw Crusher:

Main Features of Jaw Crusher
1. Symmetrical deep crushing chamber is adopted to maximize the range of feed size, capacity and crushing ratio.
2. Bearing seat is designed integrally, so manufacturing difficulty is greatly reduced, and bearing life is increased.
3. There is a thick replaceable plate on the top of moving jaw to prevent moving jaw from being impacted.
4. Wedge is adopted to replace traditional gasket, so the adjustment is much easier and more reliable.

Working Principle of Jaw Crusher:
The motor transmits through belt, drives the moving jaw to do periodic motion towards the fixed jaw by the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw plate increases when mobile jaw moving. So the mobile jaw moves towards the fixed jaw. The stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw moves leaves fixed jaw by pulling rod and spring, the final crushed stuff will be discharged from the outlet.
