Vibrating Screen Machine Introduction:

Vibrating screen machine is widely used in mines industry, coal industry, metallurgy, building materials, refractory materials, light industry, chemical industry, etc.

It is driven by two vibrating motors. When the two vibrating motors conduct synchronized contrarotation, the vibrating force generated by the eccentric blocks will be canceled out in the parallel direction to the electric motor axis, and be piled up to be a resultant force in the perpendicular direction so that the movement trail of the screen machine is a straight line. The relative screen surface of the two motor shafts has an inclination. Under the resultant force of the vibrating force and the self-gravity, the materials will be threw up and moved along a straight line on the screen surface. Then, we can conduct dry-wet screening, dewatering, sculping and desliming for the medium and light weight materials.
