Brief Introduction

FBM series water-cooling type anti-explosion ball mill uses circulating water cooling and inert gas to fill the

mill. It is indispensable equipment for inflammable, explosive, vulnerable to physical and chemical reaction

material grinding operation.

Application:

Lipu FBM series water-cooling anti-explosion ball mill is widely used in grinding operation of aluminium,

magnesium powder, sulphur and chemical raw material.

Performance features :

1. Large capacity, one day can process raw ores 1500-3000 tons.

2. Low tailings loss rate,for iron ore in more experiments, tailings grade control in more than 1.2

3. Saving tailings and related facilities occupying forest land, vegetation compensation costs

4. Can be directly output part of more than 66% finished product (also can be adjusted according to the demand for 60-68%), and the other part of output semi-finished products, semi-finished products can be controlled in the grade of 30-60%.

5. This equipment energy consumption is low, and greatly reduces the production cost.
