Application:

It is used for stringing 4 bundled conductors, to connect the pilot wire rope with conductors.

The vertical heavy links hold running board in horizontal position for correct entrance into stringing blocks.

The balance pulley type is normally used for 2 bundled conductors which are pulled from same bull wheels of tensioner.
