LIJIN offers different cosmetic layers that are placed as the outer layer to give each part a unique look. The outer material doesn't necessarily reflect what material is used to create the inner layers. If the internal material or layup schedule is important for your application, please select the appropriate options using our material filters.

Plain Weave Carbon Fiber: A plain weave carbon fiber sheet looks symmetrical with a small checkerboard style appearance. In this weave, the tows are woven in an over/under pattern. The short space between interlaces helps reduce fiber pull-up risk while machining parts. Plain is commonly used in the aerospace industry.

Twill Weave Carbon Fiber: In 2x2 twill weave carbon fiber, each fiber passes over two other fibers and under two fibers creating a unique arrowhead look know as a "twill line". Twill weave is commonly found on high-performance cars and complex aerospace parts.

Checker Weave Carbon Fiber: This checker weave carbon fiber is also known as spread tow plain weave. Similar to the plain weave, each carbon tow passes over one and then under the next. The difference is that the carbon tows are spread out to 3/8 of an inch giving this material a unique checker pattern

The carbon fiber tubes Shanghai Lijin mainly produce is table-rolled and oven thermoset. The tubes can be Full Carbon or Carbon Fiber and Fiberglass composite, depending on the application, weight limit,mechanical

strength and surface requirement.Shanghai Lijin offers top quality ROUND carbon fiber tubes. The general OD tolerance we achieve is +/-0.10mm and it can be even +/-0.05mm after our special surface process.

The maximum length of the tube can be 5500mm.

Besides the traditional table-rolled carbon fiber tubes, Shanghai Lijin also offers REAL Filament wound carbon fiber tubes,which are widely used for mechanical strength like auto driving shaft, antennas, even for military

applications. The filament wound carbon tubes are wound at a certain angle like 30 or 45 degree. We invested the new production line from Jun 2013 and this increases Shanghai Lijin’s advantage in the carbon

fiber tube industry. There are just a few real filament wound carbon fiber tube manufacturers in domestic

China and we are one of them.

for them. Editing drawings for customers is FREE* of charge. Shanghai Lijin is having several professional CNC machines for carbon fiber cutting and drilling, with the capacity of cutting 20-50pcs standard full sized plate per day.
