Properties (Theoretical)

Lutetium oxide is a white powder, molecular formula Lu2O3, insoluble in water and soluble in acids. It absorbs water molecules and carbon dioxide from the air. It is mainly used for LED phosphor, scintillation crystal (LYSO), electronic component additive, etc.
