Customized Available Large Package Drop Test Machine/Falling Tester
used to measure the dropping impact incidence when the package in
using, transportation and decorating. Besides precision plane drop
testing, it also can undertake edge and angle test to ensure the
complete performance evaluation for the package.
During the products handling or transport process, there may be
drop/ fall, which results in damage within the products. And this
Drop Tester simulates the drop/ fall of a finished product to
evaluate the damage. All the rhombohedrons, angles and faces of the
products can be teste.
Operating procedures
1,Connection: connect the random power line to the three-phase power supply and connect it to the ground. The control box and the test machine are also used randomly.
2 ,Fall height adjustment: open the mainframe power supply, set the test height (method as follows), press the rise key to reach the set height; if stop in the midway, it must make it reach the set height before the reverse operation command can be executed;
3,Put the object on the work table and fix it with a fixed pole.
4,Press the rising key to raise the measured object to the set height.
5,Press the drop key to cause the working table to detached from the object in an instant, and the measured object is free to fall.
6,Press the reset button to restore the working state of the worktable.
7,Repeat the above steps if the test is repeated.
8,After testing: press the lower key to turn the work table to the lowest position to turn off the power button.
