Hwashi 1000L 1200L IBC Tank Cage Detection Line IBC Leakage Testing Machine
This detection machine line consist of automatic valve welding machine, automatic leakage testing machine, and automatic stacking line. According to the IBC tank production requirement, we use the automatic valve feeding and hot melting method to install the valve to the tank. Through the visual identity leakage testing and second time pressure difference detection, you can check if the inner tank is qualified or not. And make sure the unqualified product will not enter into the line. Use mechanical arm to pick up the inner tank and put it into the complete frame. It will enter into the rotary table. The operator will do the manual pull rod and cover assembly. Finally the product will enter into the stacking station. Then the whole detection process will be completed.
The complete automatic detection line will require 3-4 people to operate.
1. IBC Tank Valve Welding Machine
Adopt the double welding mode of end welding and axial welding to
ensure the soldering reliability of the product. The equipment
frame is processed as a whole to ensure high grasping accuracy,
stable and efficient welding operation. The welding cycle time is
about 60 sec/pc.
2. IBC Tank Leakage Testing Machine
The dual detection method of difffferential pressure detection and
visual detection is adopted to ensure the accuracy of leak
detection and reduce manpower. Use high precision visual detection
system, Differential pressure detection and visual detection, Only
qualifified tank will be loaded to
the assembly station. Unqualifified product will be kicked out of
the line.
3. Automatic Assembly of Inner Tank to Outer Frame
The mechanical arm will move back and forth through servo control.
The conveyor line will deliver the inner tank and frame to the
certain station for mechanical arm to pick up and assemble. Manual
pull rod and cover assembly.The fifinished product will be stacked
automatically. And these products will be delivered to the
warehouse
4) IBC Tank Vibration Testing Machine
The IBC tank vibration testing machine can simulate the test
environment by driving the platform to vibrate up and down through
the motor. It can place two IBC to simulate the maximum load of 3
Tons.
IBC Tank Cage Frame Production Line Machine
This automatic production line is mainly used to manufacturing the
IBC cage frame. It is composed of cage frame automatic welding,
mesh unloading mechanical arm, mesh turnover structure, automatic
frame bending machine, locking machine, hole making and punching
machine, automatic production line moving mechanical arm. The
complete line requires only 3-4 person. Operator only need to do
the material loading to the frame welding machine, and do unloading
at the end of the line. Also we can equip the line with automatic
base frame welding machine and automatic unloading mechanical arm
for the base frame.

Frame welding——bending——locking——hole punching——unloading——base
frame welding——base frame loading——manual screw for base frame and
outer frame
