Pipe Clamp Automatic Rotary Welding Machine with Automatic Unloading System
DESCRIPTION
This welding machine is specially customized for welding pipe clamp
with the functions of automatic welding, automatic rotating table
and automatic discharging arm. The operator only needs to change
the welding moulds then the machine can welding different sizes of
pipe clamp or similar products.
The machine has automatic rotary table. The operator only needs to
put the work piece onto the welding mould on the rotary table, 8
pipe clamp at most for one time. Then press start button, the main
welding body will continue the welding process.
After welding the first pipe clamp , the rotary table will rotate,
then the second pipe clamp will be welded. Meanwhile, the welded
work piece will be discharged automatically one by one and the
operator could keep putting new work piece onto the certain
position.
The machine has light curtain protective sensor for the safity of
workers
APPLICATION
Suitable for welding nut / screw onto galvanized steel pipe clamp
or pipe hanger.

Automatic Rotating Device: Adopt Taiwan TECO servo motor with 800mm rotating table, simple adjustment, quick response, high control precision, powerful driving. This device can be matched with other auxiliary devices to complete the automatic cycle work.
Automatic Discharging Device: Use the cylinder to jack up the welded work piece. It will coordinate with the external signals transmission system to ensure the action is normal.
Welding Control System: Adopt the self-developed intelligent microcomputer quick response touch controller, all-digital control, simple and clear operational interface.
Power Source System: Adopt one set of medium frequency inverter special resistance welding transformer as the welding power source
