A: The cover is washable, but the core is not washable.

Q: How long will the pillow last?

A: The pillow could last the average user anywhere from 3-5 years.

Q: Do the pillows get warm?

A: It depends on the cover fabric, if you want warm can use the plush velboa or velvet. If you want it cool, can use bamboo fiber fabric and scuba fabric.

Q: Is there an odor to the pillow?

A: Like all memory foam there will be a slight odor to your pillow when you first pull it out of the package, simply allow a couple days for the pillow to air out or you can wash it to remove the odor.

Q: Do the pillows hold their shape?

A: Yes. Unlike many other memory foam pillows that flatten out after just a few months of use you will find that this pillow will last years. You may experience that your pillow seems to have flattened, simply knead the pillow to fluff it up and it will always return to its original size.
