Application

• Audio power amplifier circuits: Due to its large current handling capability and high voltage withstand capability, it can be used in audio power amplifiers to amplify audio signals and drive loads such as speakers. It can output sufficient power to push the speaker to emit sound, meeting the needs of audio playback.
• Motor drive circuits: It can be used as a switching element in motor drive circuits to control the start, stop, and steering of the motor. For example, in some small DC motor drive systems, the voltage across the motor is controlled by regulating the on-off state of MJD127G, thereby achieving speed regulation and direction control of the motor.
• Power supply voltage regulation circuits: In some linear power supply voltage regulation circuits, it can be used as a regulating transistor. By adjusting the voltage drop between its collector and emitter, the output voltage is stabilized to ensure that the power supply can provide a stable DC voltage to the load.
• Automotive electronic systems: The MJD127G with the NJV prefix complies with the AEC - Q101 standard and has good reliability, making it applicable to various circuits in vehicles, such as window lift motor drives, headlight control circuits, etc.
