A.Yes, small size sample is free, but buyer pay for freight cost.

A.Yes, customized drawing or specification is available, just send us the requirement.

A.Normallly wooden case or wooden pallet. We also can do it as customers' requirement.

A.Normally between 15 and 35 days.(according to your quantity)

A.30%T/T deposit, 70%T/T balance payment before shipment.
