Counterweight Butterfly Valves are with following features
1. This Type of Valve of Counterweight Butterfly Valve Can replace the function of Gate Valve or Check Valve from entrance of water pump, with a integral parts of Mechanical, electric and hydraulic a uni-body which can reduce the landing area and base investment etc.
2. With complete function of Both Electric and Hydraulic, there is no need to equip other devices which can be used as a separate system to debug and control at site, this valve can also be services as one unit of system for DCS, managed by central computer through the I/O to realize the united-operation by the water pump, turbine, bypass valve and other pipeline equipments, moreover, this kind of valve is also equipped with handwheel which can ensure that the valve can be operated even without electric power to meet a special debug and controlling requirements under a special work condition.
3. With features of good performance controlling and Wide range of adjustment, rechon vango hydraulic Counterweight Butterfly Valve are with many regulators inside of the Hydrau-electric system which can on/off the system set conforming to different pipelines’ requirements, by this way, not only make the valve meet the requirement of on/off condition, further ensuring the valve can (only) be opened at the pre-set time and angle, closed at the pre-set separately and slowing 2nd stage. To realize the valve off without power, effectively eliminated the water hammer and prevent the accidents caused between water pump and turbine, reduce the pressure fluctuation of pipe-network, ensuring a safety and reliable operation of system equipment
4. Main Sealing is with Secondary sealing of Triple-eccentric or double-eccentric sealing structure which is easy on/off and reliable in sealing. Further more; there is an extra enlarged eccentric structure to ensure the Hydraulic Counterweight butterfly valve is with perfect self-sealing function. Small and mid-sized butterfly discs are designed with streamline plate structure, while the big sized discs are with double plated york type structure with small crush, smooth flow, valve co-efficiency is within 0.1~0.6 which is more smaller than the ones of check valves (1.7~2.6).

Divided by types of System Accumulation, This type of Butterfly Valves are into two series of Counterweight Butterfly Valve and Accumulated Type Butterfly Valve. Inside of which, the Counterweight Butterfly Valve is further divided into Standard Counterweight Butterfly Valve, Automatic Pressure Self-keeping (B) and Locking Type Pressure Self-keeping Counterweight Butterfly Valve. Accumulated Type Controlling system is divided into standard type accumulation (X) and Locking Type Accumulation Types (XS)

Main Valve Body contains Valve Body, Transmission Device, Sliding Bearing, Sealing Parts etc.
Counterweight type Butterfly Valve normally used a horizontal structure, and the valve shaft with half-shaft structure.
Accumulated Type Butterfly Valve Normally used a horizontal layout which can also be used as Vertical Layout upon users requests
Transmission devices are mainly containing Hydraulic Cylinder, Arm, Support Plate and Transmission devices etc (Counterweight type butterfly valves are additionally with Counterweight, Lever and Locking Oil Cylinder etc.) which is the main on/off actuator for hydraulic operated valves
Each Quick and Slow Closing Adjustable Valve, Quick and Slow Closing Angle Adjustable Valve is equipped with Transmission Hydraulic Cylinder. Please see our OIM for more Adjustment details before operation.
Positive Direction is normally adopted on horizontal layout; While Inversed Type (I,e, the transmission device is located onto the other side of valve body) can also be adopted under some special condition or upon users’ request.
Hydraulic Power Station is made up of Oil pump system, Manual Pump, Accumulator, Solenoid Valve, Draining Valve, Flow Control Valve, Globe Valve, Hydraulic Pressure System and Oil Case etc.
The Accumulator is used as the pressure compensation in Counterweight Type Pressure Self-keeping System.
The Accumulator is used as the pressure compensation and recess of oil cylinder in Locking type Counterweight Pressure Self-keeping System.
The Accumulator is used as the Provider of Main power for valve on/off in accumulated type System.
Flow Control Valve is served as the time regulator of valve open
Manual Pump is used as the valve on/off device for system adjustment or under a special condition.
