The CA168-E is an economy class design derived from CA168 basic version. It is a single phase two wire keypad based STS prepayment meter and credit dispenser. It is widely used for low income residential metering applications. The meter is built in a British Standard 5685 footprint housing, with a dynamic range of 5(80)Amp current and 30Vm RF withstand immunity to ensure its stability and durability even in very harsh environments.

Low cost as it is , CA168-E is manufactured with polycarbonate fire retardant material and available with rich functions, making the meter an ideal cost-effective revenue protection device in less developed areas. The meter is equiped with a 12-key audio feedback keypad and visual LED alarm. It offers numerous advantages and convenience including onsite information toggle, low credit warning, power threshold setting, debt collection repayment, compact light and easy to handle, etc.
