The CA368 is available with options for reinforced surge protection for lightening up to 16kV with a build-in 8kA Varistor. It is manufactured exclusively for unstable grid voltage envrionment such as African and Central American continent. The meter works with 100 Amp per phase, and 30 Vm withstand of RF immunity, enabling it to operate in very harsh envrionments. It is used for submetering of residential, light commercial and industrial applications.

A utility or a service provider can input settings such as free basic unit, emergency overdraft credit, low credit waring, repayment rules into the meter for payment management purpose. This feature allows them to manage their revenue collection and load more efficiently.
