200 Series Pulse Valves are especially suitable for jet pulse filters, bag filters, ceramic filters and sintered metal filters. Its special design provides extremely fast opening time, high flow rate and easy installation. Pulse valves are made of aluminum alloy. Because of the anodized coating on it, they are not damaged by corrosive and environmental factors. Pulse jet valves are indirect operated solenoid valves especially designed for dust collector systems. When the solenoid is energized, trapped air above a diaphragm is quickly exhausted causing a high pressure difference across the diaphragm. Thereby the diaphragm is suddenly opened.
