The NOPU225 (or PU225AN) is a 2/2 way normally open valve will stay open until electrical power is applied, at which point the armature covers the pilot hole prevent media above the diaphragm venting downstream and the inlet pressure presses the diaphragm back into the closed position and the valve is fully closed.
