ASCO Type SCG353A047 SCG353A050 SCG353A051 400425 Solenoid Valve Coil
The types of solenoid coils are mainly the following: thermoplastic
coils, thermosetting coils, explosion-proof coils, waterproof
coils, and varnish-type coils.
Among them, the thermoplastic coil and the thermosetting coil
belong to a plastic-type electromagnetic coil, and the
thermoplastic coil has better weather resistance and toughness, and
the thermosetting coil has a higher temperature resistance level,
and the shrinkage is smaller during injection molding, and the
shape is relatively flat.

Four classifications of solenoid coils:
1. According to the manufacturing process
The electromagnetic coil can be divided into a dip-coating type
solenoidcoil, a plastic-sealed solenoid coil, and a potting type
solenoid coil according to the manufacturing process.
1) Dipped paint type solenoid coil
Early solenoid coils were mostly used in low-end products.
2) Plastic-type solenoid coil
The plastic-type solenoid coil can be further divided into a
thermoplastic plastic coil and a thermosetting plastic coil.
3) Poured solenoid coil
The encapsulation type coil process is complicated and has a long
production cycle and is not generally used.
2. According to the use occasion
The solenoid coil can be divided into waterproof solenoid coils,
explosion-proof solenoid coils (explosion-proof grade: Ex mb I/II
T4) and special types of solenoid coils.
3. According to the use of voltage
The solenoid coil can be divided into alternating current, direct
current and bridge rectified alternating current according to the
voltage used.
4. According to the connection method
The solenoid coil can be divided into lead type and pin type
solenoid coil according to the connection mode.
Magnet physical principle:
There is a magnetic field around the magnet. When the solenoid is
energized, a magnetic field is also formed. The direction of the
magnetic field lines can be determined by the right hand spiral
rule. The energized solenoid acts like a strip magnet and has the
ability to attract ferromagnetic materials. If the ferromagnetic
material is placed in a solenoid, a greater electromagnetic
attraction can be produced.The total number of magnetic lines
passing through the face is called flux. The magnetic flux per unit
area is called magnetic induction.
