Steps and methods for properly installing a solenoid valve coil:

1. Check if the solenoid valve and the selected parameters are the same, such as differential pressure, etc. If the error occurs, the solenoid valve coil will be burned out. Voltage fluctuations should be within the normal range and meet the rated voltage.

2. Before connecting the pipeline, flush the pipeline and remove the residual dirt in the pipeline. If there are residual stains, it will affect the normal use of the solenoid valve. To prevent this, a filter should be installed in the pipeline.

3. Install the solenoid valve coil of the solenoid valve vertically on the horizontal and ground pipes. If there is a special situation, it cannot be installed vertically. The appropriate solenoid valve should be ordered in advance, otherwise the solenoid valve will not work properly.

4. When installing, add a safety process and install a manual cutting valve to facilitate maintenance in case of failure.

Troubleshooting of solenoid valve coil failure:

The solenoid valve coil is a relatively common product in magnetic materials. When it is working, there is occasional failure, that is, the solenoid valve does not operate. This kind of fault is a common fault in the use of our daily solenoid valves. Next, we will give you a simple analysis of the troubleshooting method for the solenoid valve coil failure. It should be checked from the following aspects:

1. The solenoid valve terminal is loose or the wire is dropped. The solenoid valve is not energized. At this time, we can tighten the wire. This fault is easier to find.

2. If the solenoid valve coil is burnt out, the wiring of the solenoid valve can be removed, and then measured by a multimeter. If an open circuit occurs, it indicates that the solenoid valve coil is burnt out. The reason is that the coil is damp, causing poor insulation and magnetic leakage, and the current in the coil is too large to be burned, so it is necessary to prevent rainwater from entering the solenoid valve. In addition, the spring is too hard, the reaction force is too large, the number of turns of the coil is too small, and the suction can not cause the coil to burn.

3. The solenoid valve is stuck. The cooperation gap between the sliding valve sleeve and the valve core of the solenoid valve is very small (less than 0.008 mm), and it is generally a one-piece assembly. When mechanical impurities are brought in or the lubricating oil is too small, it is easy to get stuck. The treatment method can use the steel wire to break in from the small hole of the head to make it bounce back. The solution of the foundation is to remove the solenoid valve, take out the valve core and the valve core sleeve, and clean it with CCI4, so that the valve core is sensitive in the valve sleeve. When disassembling, pay attention to the assembly sequence and external wiring orientation of each component, so as to reassemble and wire correctly, and check whether the oil mist injection hole is blocked and the lubricating oil is sufficient.

4. Air leaks. Leakage creates a lack of air pressure, making it difficult to open and close the forcing valve due to damage to the gasket or wear of the spool to create several cavity helium. When dealing with the electromagnetic valve problem of the switching system, it is necessary to select an appropriate opportunity, and then wait for the solenoid valve to be de-energized and then perform corresponding processing. If the processing is not completed within a switching gap, the switching system may be suspended and carefully handled.
