Description:
This valve is a kind of compression air switch for blast cleaning system of pulse pocket type dust catcher and is controlled by the output signal from pulse blast controller. It blast cleans the filter bag line by line and ensure the cleaning capacity and dust absorption efficiency of duct catcher diaphragm valve including right angle style and embedded impulse valve style, including single diaphragm and double diaphragm, it's accordding the size of the impulse valve.
Electromagnetic pulse valve refers to the gas through the valve in instantaneous once a electrical signal received. Just like pulse phenomena, it has the change of the short fluctuation. Therefore it is calls the pulse valve. The Industry standard definition of electromagnetic pulse valve for electromagnetic pilot valve and pulse valve together, diaphragm valve controlled by electrical signals.
Working principle
Electrical pulse controller send input signals so that the
electromagnetic armature attracts the moving bar. Unclose the
balancing hole to release the pressure gas in the back cavity of
diaphragm quickly; the pressure gas in the front cavity holds up
the diaphragm to open the passage and the valve starts cleaning.
The pulse signal disappears and the spring of the armature works
immediately to resume the moving bar so as to close the balancing
hole. The pressure gas in the back cavity of the diaphragm and the
spring work together to close the passage the valve stops cleaning.
The damping hole in the diaphragm functions to damp the airflow
when the moving bar of armature holds up for balancing and to
transit the air to the back cavity as soon as the balancing hole is
shut to close the passage and stop cleaning.

Common faults and repair methods of DMF membrane pulse solenoid
valve:
1. The spring is damaged. The spring on the pulse valve spool is
easily damaged. The appearance is that the pulse valve is deflated
to the blow port for a long time. The treatment method is to
replace the spring.
2. the valve core dirt, because the intake air is not clean,
causing the fouling of the valve core, resulting in the appearance
of long-term intake of the nozzle or the pulse valve does not work
after the power, the treatment method is to clean the valve core.
3. the diaphragm is damaged, after long-term work, the diaphragm is
easy to fatigue, oxidation, etc., resulting in the appearance of
long-term deflation of the pressure relief port, the pulse valve
does not work, the treatment is to replace the diaphragm.
4. The rubber pad is damaged. After the use time is long, the
rubber pad on the pulse valve spool is easily damaged. The
appearance is that the pulse valve is deflated to the blowing port
for a long time. The treatment method is to replace the rubber pad.
5. The orifice is blocked or damaged. The intake air is not clean
and the throttle hole is blocked. The appearance is that the pulse
valve is deflated to the nozzle for a long time. The treatment
method is to clean the orifice; the orifice is damaged or missing,
and the orifice is made. Loss of interception, resulting in
abnormal pressure relief, the appearance of the pulse valve after
the power is activated, the pressure relief port deflation, but the
pulse valve is not sprayed, the treatment is a replacement orifice.
