to clean the dust to ensure the processing capacity and efficiency of the dust collector
Dust-removing solenoid valve work principle
The diaphragm divides the pulse solenoid valve into two chambers. When the compressed air is switched on, the compressed air enters the back chamber through the throttle hole. At this time, the pressure of the back chamber will press the diaphragm to close the output port of the valve, and the pulse solenoid valve is in a "closed" state. The electric signal of the pulse injection controller makes the armature of the pulse solenoid valve move, the vent of the back chamber of the valve opens,then the back chamber loses pressure rapidly and the diaphragm moves backward, the compressed air is injected through the outlet of the valve, and the pulse solenoid valve is in the "open" state. The electric signal of pulse jet control device vanishes and the armature of pulse solenoid valve is reset. The outlet of the back chamber is closed, and the pressure of the back chamber rises to make the diaphragm close to the valve outlet, and the pulse solenoid valve is in the "closed" state.
