The PP virgin submarine cable filler yarns,it drawing from
extrudor,the type is fibrillated and split film.
Normal sizes are yellow and black,these two colors are used
together.The size is 400m/kg,2.5grams per meters.Winded on
cardboard tube.The feature of high strength can protect cable from
erosion.
PP yarn (pp cable yarn, pp cable filler) is used as the cable and
wire filler. It's a good and economical substitute as cable filler,
also can apply in optical fiber cable and submarine cable in
High-tech field.
Using drawing level Polypropylene as raw material, extrusion
forming and meshes tearing by specialized machinery,it mainly as
non-hygroscopic filler for wires and cables.
There are natural white and extremely white color,and divided into single strand and multi strands,and the former is used in low level power cable and control cable,while the latter used in cross-linked cable.
