1,Air suspension bearing is lubricated by air buoyancy.The usage of air instead of lubricant can realize operation under higher temperature and speed.The advantages of air foil bearing structure include flexible start-up,low -cost operation,no mechanical friction, no need for lubrication oil,no vibration,lower noise and long service life(semi-permanent).
2,Impeller:The impeller is made of AL7075 and is precisely manufactured by advanced 3D optimal design technology. It is featured of high strength,high aerodynamic efficiency and low wear.Directly connected with the shaft,its power transmission efficiency is 99%.
3,High speed motor:Adopt motor of high-efficiency up to 95%,applicable for precise speed control.
3,Product Structure and Components:
The high-speed direct connected motor controls its speed by changing the frequency of the frequency converter.
The PLC control -unit allows users to manually/automatically adjust it in real time according to the site conditions.
The chassis fixes all components and blocks the noise inside the blower.

High Speed Motor
Adopt motor of high-efficiency up to 95%, of which the speed can be
controlled precisely. The motor is of minimum usable design, fast
speed and air cooling type to achieve high efficiency. Air cooling
is more reliable than water cooling type, because it provides
easier maintenance and promises safer operation.

PLC
Adopt the programmable logic controller (PLC) of international

world level. The PLC can provide users various solutions from
control to final connection to load. Different with MICOM, the PLC
needn’t MCP. With single unit or multiple units communication
realized by bus wire and center control system, the PLC can lower
cost, improve control capability and safety level.
