305/304/316 Stainless Steel Square Drive Trim Head Deck Screw Type
17, Coarse Thread
Trim head is small flat head, this screw has slender shank to
reduce the risk of splitting. Square drive is designed to reduce
the risk of cam-out and allow single-handed installation.
The Type 17 auger point and narrow body penetrate softwood and
plastic-wood composite decking material. They cut threads into
drilled holes as they're turned, so they require less driving
torque and cause less stress on material than thread-forming
screws.
Screws may be mildly magnetic, which's caused during the
production.
