Introduction

KPX series is a battery electric transfer cart, powered by battery. The battery provides power to the DC traction motor, and the DC motor drives the flat cart to run. Compared with the AC motor, the DC motor has the advantages of not easy to burn, large starting torque and strong overload capacity.The battery electric flat cart drive system mainly consists of drive motor, reducer, drive wheel, etc. The operator can control the running function of the cart (start, run, decelerate and stop) according to the function button of the hand-held button box on the cart; the electromagnetic brake is used for emergency braking of the transfer cart in an emergency state, and this function can be controlled by the function button. It can also automatically realize emergency braking by adding sensors.
