Electrical performance
*Impedance matching: The DA235 cable features a characteristic
impedance that matches the DA312 probe and related detection
equipment, typically 50 ohms or 75 ohms. This ensures that the
ultrasonic signal achieves maximum power transmission during
transmission, reducing signal reflection and distortion.
*Signal transmission bandwidth: This cable can support the
ultrasonic signal bandwidth required by the DA312 probe, generally
reaching several MHz or even higher, to ensure the accurate
transmission of high-frequency ultrasonic signals and meet the
signal processing requirements of the probe when measuring the
thickness of different materials.

Physical properties
*Length specifications: Common lengths include 1.5 meters, 3
meters, etc. Different length specifications can meet the
requirements of operating distance in different detection
scenarios. For example, in the detection of some large equipment, a
longer cable may be needed to bring the probe to the detection
area.
*Cable material
Outer sheath: Usually made of wear-resistant and
corrosion-resistant polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or polyurethane (PU)
materials, it has excellent mechanical and protective properties,
can adapt to various harsh industrial environments, and prevent the
cable from being damaged by external factors.
*Internal wires: High-purity copper wires are used to reduce the
resistance of signal transmission and minimize signal attenuation.
Meanwhile, the wires usually adopt a multi-strand twisted
structure, which increases the flexibility of the cable and
facilitates flexible operation during the detection process.
