IPX1 IPX2 Fixed Type Vertical Drop Rain Tester

Test standard:

IPX1 IPX2 Fixed Type Vertical Drop Rain Tester is designed according to the relevant standard requirements of IEC60529:2001 Degrees of protection provided by enclosures (IP Code).

Application:

Vertical Rain Drop Test Machine applied to test the shell’s waterproof effect of electronics, automobile and communication, using rainfall simulation to test the product’s waterproof performance and assess the product’s waterproof performance’s loss classification.

6. Drop of rain flow: flow meter comes with control valve, manual adjustment.

7. Rainfall device can automatically lift, the nozzle is located at the highest point of the test of the 200mm at the time of the automatic stop (by photoelectric switch detection).

8. Test needle: 0.4mm diameter, fully in line with the test standard; detachable type, easy to replace.

9. Spray nozzle contact bit brass taper design, without the need for tools to replace the needle; the needle below the installation of a stainless steel mesh shield, to prevent the test operation of the head accidentally touch the test needle.

10. Filtering measures: the device with a high accuracy of the filter, can effectively filter the impurities in the water, the filter can be replaced regularly.

11. With compressed air dry function: after the completion of the test can be used to remove excess water from the water tank to prevent the long time to scale blockage of water blocking pinhole.

12. The turntable motor adopts stepping motor, which can set the speed of the turntable directly on the touch screen. It can ensure the accuracy of the IPX1 standard, and can automatically complete the 4 positions of the IPX2 test requirements.
