High temperature electric heat radiant tube
The inner core of the radiant tube is composed of a U-shaped axial
arrangement end welded resistance wire and a ceramic support
frame.There is no shield between the inner core and the outer
protective sleeve, good heat dissipation.The electric heating
radiation tube with rated working temperature of 1000 degrees, the
material of the resistance wire is Cr20Ni80 or 0Cr21Al6Nb, the
surface working temperature can reach 1200 degrees, and the maximum
working temperature of the electric heating radiation tube with
this material can reach 1000 degrees.The support frame is a high
aluminum ceramic piece. The outer protective sleeve is a cold-drawn
seamless thin-wall heat-resistant steel pipe made of 1Cr25Ni20Si2
or 1Cr25Ni35Si2. The material has good high temperature oxidation
resistance, high temperature creep strength, and certain
carburizing resistance. The design and material selection of the
radiation tube have a large safety factor.
The electric heating radiation tube with a rated working
temperature of 1200 degrees, the resistance wire is made of
0Cr27Al7Mo2, and the surface working temperature can reach 1400
degrees. The maximum working temperature of the electric heating
radiation tube with this material is 1250 degrees for a short time,
and the support frame is steel jade porcelain.
The outer protective sleeve is a cold-drawn seamless thin-wall
heat-resistant steel pipe made of Fe-Ni-Cr-Al-Re alloy, which has
ultra-high oxidation resistance and can work for a long time at
1300 degrees in an oxidizing atmosphere and for a short time at
1360 degrees. Suitable for working in high temperature, low oxygen
partial pressure and S, C environment.
In addition to supporting domestic heat treatment equipment
manufacturers, the electric heat radiation tube developed and
produced by our factory can also be used for user research and
design of non-standard product heaters, which can be divided into
heat-resistant steel seamless pipes, plate coil welded pipes,
centrifugal casting pipes and non-metallic casings according to the
use of the occasion.
Features of high temperature electric heat radiant tube:
1.Manufactured from seamless, cold-drawn heat-resistant steel pipes
(up to 1200 degrees) made of high-quality raw materials.
2.The inner core adopts resistance wire U-shaped axial arrangement
end welding method.
3.The resistance wire and ceramic frame are basically no shielding,
and the temperature difference between the resistance wire and the
furnace is small.
4.The maximum operating temperature is 1000 degrees or 1200
degrees.
5.The biggest advantage of the radiant tube produced by the company
is the use of seamless cold-drawn, thin-walled heat-resistant steel
pipe (1Cr25Ni20Si2 or 0Cr25Ni20Si2), and the thermal radiation of
its products is 10% higher than that of similar products.

(3)Protective cover
The OCr25Ni20Si2 cover used by our factory has minimal deformation
of the tube body when it is locally heated, and has no effect on
the heating element and the working environment in the furnace;
Strong heat resistance, normal use time of 6000~10000 hours, for
the domestic leading level.

(4)Production process
During the straightening process of the electric heating wire,
there is no crack; During the welding process, the welding flesh is
full and smooth, without overheating segregation and virtual
welding phenomenon.
After a large number of customers have used it that under normal
working temperature and load, the electric heating radiant tubes
produced by our factory are more than 8000 hours in a variety of
furnaces.

Product use and maintenance
1.Usage
(1)It is forbidden to use for a long time over temperature and
overload.
(2)When the furnace temperature is 400 °C, it must not be rapidly
cooled.
(3)Do not touch the radiation tube during loading and discharging.
(4)When the furnace is working, often pay attention to whether the
traffic light on the control panel is normal, and the traffic light
should be exchanged once after a period of time when keeping warm,
so as not to burn the radiation tube due to the failure of the
control switch.
(5)Pay attention to the working condition of the instrument at any
time, and analyze and deal with it in time when the furnace
temperature and the instrument indication are abnormal.
(6)For furnaces with a capacity of more than 100KW, each heating
zone should preferably be equipped with an ammeter for inspection,
and an ammeter should be installed in each phase of the three-box
high-temperature electric furnace.
2. Maintenance
(1)After three to four months of use, pull out the radiation tube,
pour out the dust inside the radiation tube, and turn the radiation
tube 180°.
(2)Pay attention to indicate the positive and negative poles of the
radiation tube, and exchange the positive and negative poles once
every three to four months.
(3)After the radiation tube is removed, be careful not to hit or
knock the lead rod when removing the terminal
(4)The bolts leading out the terminal clamps are prone to oxidation
loosening and should be checked and tightened regularly
