Product introduction:
Cabinet-type fire smoke exhaust fans combine fire protection and ventilation functions with low noise levels, making them a versatile, efficient, and low-noise product. They offer numerous significant advantages, including low noise, excellent high-temperature resistance, a novel and compact structure, low vibration, light weight, and easy installation and maintenance. The series comes in three types: A, B, and C. Type A features an external motor; Type B has an internal motor; and Type C has a side or rear motor placement. Customization is available upon request.

Product Structure:
Standard Configuration: Fan housing (housing, dust collector, bracket), motor (motor adjustment guide), muffler housing, main shaft, air inlet and outlet flanges, bearings (with covers), pulleys, belts, belt covers (A model only), and impeller.

Options and Accessories: Vibration damping device, counter flange, control cabinet, filter, muffler, motor rain cover (A model only).

Structural Features:
Casing: Constructed of a single, welded structure of high-quality steel plates, the unit offers a compact and aesthetically pleasing design. The housing is constructed of a frame and panels. The panels are made of pressed and folded high-quality steel plates and can also be constructed of a composite panel. The interior is interlayered with high-quality microfiber to prevent condensation in high-temperature environments and reduce noise and vibration.

Pure Copper Motor: This motor is constructed entirely of copper for long life and low power consumption. It includes a start capacitor and power cord and uses a belt drive to drive the fan blades. A high-quality, Chinese-made four-pole medium-speed motor is used (optional options are available upon request).

Multi-blade impeller: The blades are stamped from steel plate and feature a circular design, ensuring high strength and resistance to deformation. The impeller undergoes rigorous dynamic and static balancing to ensure excellent aerodynamic performance, low noise, and smooth operation.

Operating Conditions:
Operating Temperature: -20°C to +40°C (continuous operation possible);
High Temperature Resistance: 100°C (continuous operation for 20 hours), 280°C (continuous operation for 40 minutes);
Humidity: <90%;
Air Conditions: Free of corrosive gases, free of sticky substances, and dust and hard particulate matter concentrations not exceeding 150mg/m2.
Power Supply: Three-phase, 380V/50Hz (customizable).
