EMC / EMI / EMV brass shielding cable glands with flexible strain
relief protector limit the cable bending to avoid excessive bending
& twisting and protect the cable jacket against breakage at the
bending point to reduce the risk of electric leakage. In addtion,
equipped with its metal Intermediate Contact which can contact the
screen of shielded cable, EMC (EMI & EMV) shielded cable glands
with spiral flexible spring help to achieve an optimum
low-resistance EMC bonding and to be attached to withstand
electromagnetic interference. Due to this simple metal earthing
contact, the gland can provide continuous EMC protection. Such
cable glands are widely applied for connecting and fastening wires
or cables on electrical equipments, machineries,
telecommunications, network communication, automatic control, power
supplies, LED solar lighting, machine manufacturing, automible
manufacturing, plant engineerings, bulding installations, etc.
How to use:
Mount the cable gland to the pre-drilled panel hole and fix it on
board with locknut, insert the cables through the rubber seal, let
EMC Contact hold the shielded layer of the cable and then screw the
sealing nut to hold cables in position.
