Automatic Tube Filling & Sealing Machine is suitable for kinds of laminated tube and plastic tube filling sealing cutting and date printing, widely used in daily chemical products, medical products, chemicals, food, cosmetics, toothpaste and so on industries.
It can fill cream/paste/viscosity products into soft tubes, and automatically finish the sealing cutting and date printing functions. The machine usually used totally enclosed type protect cover, it is the idea filling sealing machine for plastic and laminated tube, especially for medical and such a special industry.

Feature

Ø The transmission part is closed under the platform safely with no pollution.

Ø The Loading and Sealing part is installed in the visible cover,which is in the half-closed static-free frame above the platform.It is easy to watch, operate and maintain.

Ø Stainless steel operating panel with touch switches.

Ø Optional vertical and sloping tube storage.

Ø The arc rail is matched with vacuum absorbing device. When the rail and the pressure tube are working together, the soft tube is fed into the upper working station.

Ø The photoelectric target-aiming working station employs accurate detector and marching type motor,ensuring the tube design at the correct position.

Ø When filling is finished,the end is blown away by the air blower.

Ø No feeding is done when there is no tube available.

Ø The heat blower goes into the tube end for sealing, and the outer part is equipped with cooling device.

Ø Character code printing working station automatically prints the character code at the place required by the process.

Ø The reshaping manipulator cuts the soft tube into right-angle shape and round shape for choice.

Ø There are alarm devices for failure and no tubes. The machine stops working when the door opens or overloading happens.

Ø The machine stops working when counting the number or fixing the quantity.
