Applications:
This multifunction extraction tank can be used in herb, plant,
pharmaceuticals, food and chemical industry, water decoction,
atmospheric wet leaching, heat reflux forced circulation,
penetration, plant essential oils and aromatic oil extraction and
organic solvent recycle in atmospheric pressure and micro pressure.
The multifunction extractor is suitable for colleges and
universities, research institutes, laboratories, pharmaceutical
factory etc. multi variety material and small batch production.
Component
1) The equipment is compact conformed and integrated with
extraction, oil-water separation device, condenser, cooling tank,
concentration tank, and solvent recovery tank.
2) Synchronous in Extraction and concentration process shorten the
technical process and production period, increasing the operation
rate of the equipment.
Advantage
1) Add the solvent once for all, with the consumption lowered by
more than 40%. With hot reflux, forced circulation and sox let
extraction integrated, the solute keeps high gradient in the
solvent, increasing the receiving rate by 10 to15%.
2) Connecting and reusing the condenser make the equipment
compact-conformed and bring each part into full play. Without
increasing investment of the device, Both the reflux and solvent
recovery can be reached to good effect.

Hempseed oil
The appearance and characteristics are very close to the low iodine value of linseed oil, but slightly greenish.
The approximate fatty acid composition is: 10.1% saturated acid, 16% oleic acid, 46% linoleic acid, and 28% linolenic acid.
The acid value is 3 mg KOH/g, the iodine value is 149-167, and the relative density is 0.925-0.933 (15/15 ° C). The freezing point is about 16 °C.
The main ingredients are glycerides of linoleic acid, linolenic acid and oleic acid.
Used in industries such as paints and soaps.
