Bottle rinser
The working principle is that the empty bottle is conveyed by the
bottle inlet gear to the turnplate with bottle clamp ,the bottle
clamp will open its mouth and clamp the empty bottle tightly ,the
empty bottle will turn 180 degree,(bottle mouth is under),the
nozzle will wash the bottle inside, a moment later, the bottle
clamp will turn 180 degree again( bottle mouth upturned) and flow
into the plastic gear zone,the bottle clamp will loose.the cleaning
bottle will convey to the filler . main gearing The main part will
turn the big gear(the washer in line with filler, its main job is
that complete wash and convey the bottle )

filling. 5)The liquid supply adopts the automatic pneumatic valve
magnetic liquid-level switch to control the liquid tank
automatically. 6)The motivation of the filler is derived from the
driven system in the framework and passed by gear.
Screw capper:
This unit is the highest degree of accuracy of 3 in 1 machine, it

quality.Characteristic of the screwing capper as follows: 1)
Screwing capping head (the main parts which can assure the capping

parts to adapt for different bottle height. 9) The motivation of
the screwing capper is derived from the driven system in the
framework and passed by gear. 10) The main parts of the screwing
capper are processed by the digital-control processing center.
