1. Rotary bottle washer:
The washing machine is of international advanced level. Mainly used
for PET or glass bottles. Advanced structure, stable performance,
safe operation, convenient maintenance, high production efficiency,
and unlimited speed adjustment. Cleaning agents are ideal for small
to medium beverage plants.The bottle will enter the washing machine
through the conveyor. The diameter plate will clamp each bottle
with a spring clamp. The motor will drive the energy. The spring
clamp moves forward along the main shaft one turn, the bottle
reverses 180°, and the bottle mouth will face the floor. The water
spray value will be turned on, and the cleaned pressure water will
be sprayed into the bottle. As the water falls, the dirt inside the
bottle will be taken away. The cleaned bottle is then rotated 180°
again and sent to the next machine station.

2.Isobaric filling machine
This filler is developed on the basis of digesting and absorbing
advanced technology introducing from abroad and is with
international advanced level. It is mainly used for filling
gas-containing drink, such as aerated water, cola sparkling wine ,
fruit tea and so on .It is advanced in construction , steadily in
performance, safe in operation , easy in maintenance high in
production efficiency, and the speed can be regulated infinitively.
The filler is the ideal choice for drink factories of small and
middle size.

3. Screw cap capping machine:
The machine is used to cover plastic screw caps, including the
automatic cap loader and capping system. Workers load a large
number of lids into the cap loader, which automatically interprets
the cap and places the cap into the lid rail, then caps it. The cap
loader can hold more than 200 hats at a time, making it easy to add
a hat. When the cap is capped, it will go down to the finish and
complete the closure.The capping head uses Italian magnetic
technology and the protective cap is not damaged. The correct rate
of capping is 99%. The opposite cap will be automatically deleted.
The cap is a separate part. Replacing the cap only requires
replacing the cap to facilitate replacement and operation. The
whole machine is made of SUS304 and has a long service life.
