The 3 in 1 beverage bottling equipment is integrated with washing,
filling and capping functions. It is suitable for hot filling to
juice, milk and tea drink. And it will be suitable for production
of non-soda drink of mineral-pure water after change some parts in
packed in glass bottles. The most advanced technology from Japan
and Germany is employed in the design. The gravity fixed liquid
surface filling is used. The filling is fast, the amount of liquid
is accurately controlled and the dropping and leakage are avoided.
And it is applied with backflow system, air back flow together with
liquid back flow, do not touch with material, reduce second
pollution.
Spring cramps are used in the bottle washing process. The empty
bottles can be turned over 180~ along the conveying rail. There are
two times of internal and external washing, the efficiency of
bottle washing is high.
The magnetic torque is used for screw capping. The power of screw
capping can be adjusted without steps. The power of the screw
capping can also be fixed, and the caps will not be damaged, the
capping is reliable.
The whole 3 in 1 beverage bottling equipment is controlled by PLC
with touch-screen as the human-machine interface. The amount of the
drinks in the storage tank can be controlled automatically. The
filling and capping will be stopped automatically when there is no
bottle. When bottles are cramped wrongly or when caps are not
available, the machine can be stopped automatically.
The frequency changing technology is used to adjust the operation
speed steplessly. The production capacity can be displayed
digitally and can be adjusted conveniently.
The 3 in 1 beverage bottling equipment can meet standard of hot filling under 85℃,no dirty corner with pipes and
pump, and set with CIP hole.

Bottle Washing machine
1) The high efficiency atomizing spray nozzle installed on bottle
clamp is capable of cleaning any part of bottle inner wall, and
also saves rinsing water.
2) The rinser is driven by driving system positioned inside machine
frame via gear transmission.
3) Rinser using high-strength stainless steel bottles of
spring-loaded folders, to ensure a stable reversal of the glass
bottles. The nozzle is a plum-like structure can wash every corner
of the side wall and bottom to make the bottle clean.
1) The liquid tank and all values are made of SUS304
2) The pressure mechanical valve is introduced the advanced foreign
design with a fast filling speed, no hygiene corner pocket, a few
sealing parts, and precise liquid level control. The whole valve is
made of 304 stainless steel.
3) The filling valve opens and begins filling when it moves down
and touches the bottleneck, the filling valve move up and leave the
bottleneck when it finishes filling.
4) The liquid supply adopts the automatic pneumatic valve magnetic
liquid-level switch to control the liquid tank automatically.
5) The motivation of the filler is derived from the driven system
in the framework and passed by gear.
