Electric heating jacket mixing tank

The electric heating jacket mixing tank is used to mixing material like juice, milk, drink, chemicals, cosmetics and so on.The heating method is to heat the heating medium by the electric heating tube installed in the jacket of the tank body to generate heat energy to indirectly heat the material in the tank. Because of its uniform heating, high use temperature (up to 300℃), fast heating speed, accurate temperature control, low pressure and high thermal efficiency, heat transfer oil is widely used as a heating medium in such equipment.

Cooling tank suit+chilling compressor

The cooling tank is composed of 2 parts: tank part and chilling compressor device part; the tank is made of SUS304 cover and lot of SUS304 coil tubes to put into the tank. When the chilling compressor start to work, the compressor will generate chilling water, the chilling water is passing inside of the tubes, there is liquid outside the tubes and inside the tank. By heat exchange purpose,the heat from the liquid in tank will be brought away about chilling water inside tubes, then the liquid temp will be lower down.
