Structure Instuctions:

1, Backwashing:
When the filter runs to a certain time, there are more impurities in the tank. The filter needs to be backwashed. When backwashing, the exhaust valve 5, the upper exhaust valve 7 and the lower inlet valve 8 are opened, the upper inlet valve 6 and the outlet valve 2 are closed, and the water flows out from the lower outlet 3. Backwashing flow generally controls the filter material not to be washed out, generally about three times the operation time. Backwashing ends when the transparency of the incoming and outgoing water is similar.
2, Positive washing:
After backwashing, close the lower inlet valve 8, the upper exhaust valve 7 and the outlet valve 2, open the upper inlet valve 6 and the lower exhaust valve 9, and start the positive washing of the filter material. The positive washing flow rate is the running flow rate, and the time is usually 10-20 minutes. When the effluent is clear and transparent, the equipment can continue to be put into operation.
