Description:

This Semi-auto CIP Cleaning System is in place cleaning system for system and pipes and valves in carbonated drink, milk, juice processing line.

As the needed cleaning system, we set with this semi-auto CIP cleaning system with 500L. It main contains the 500L acid tank, 500L alkline tank, 500L water tank with heating function, one feed pump and frame support, valves and pipes connect the tanks and machines.

Normally, we have SUS304 and SUS316 material in tank for your choice as your need. The feed pump and return pump are all SUS316 material.

And we have easy open top cover and closed tank top for choice.

It's double layer with insulation layer to keep the liquid temperature in tank for better cleaing, with sealed head, and manhole for easy washing, inlet and outlet hole set on top and bottom of tank, with three way valves for convenient connection of pipes.
