3. The liquid state raw materials were continuously injected into the middle of three formed panels and reacting,foaming,solidifying in the double-rubber .

4. The PU sandwich panel could be cut out automatically according to the required length for users.

This machine is suitable to PU sandwich production ,such as wall panel and roofing panel .

The panel can insulate heat,sound and prevent burn,widely used in roof panel,wall panel and so on.

This PU panel line consists of 10 tons automatic de-coiler with loading car, chain driven transmission, roll former, PU forming machine, PU panel conveyor, non-stop cutting device, electric controlling system.

Working flow

3). During this guarantee period, we will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, we will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.

4). We will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond one year and provide long-term technical guide.
