Uncoilers play an indispensable role in the production process of tile presses. In the production process of tile presses, metal sheets are usually supplied in the form of coils, and the primary function of the uncoiler is to smoothly and steadily unwind these tightly wound metal sheets.
Hydraulic Pump Station
When the equipment encounters abnormal resistance or excessive
pressure, it can automatically adjust the pressure of the hydraulic
system to avoid damage to the equipment due to overload, thereby
improving the reliability and stability of the floor deck forming
machine.
Touch Screen Control Cabinet
The control cabinet has two modes, automatic and manual modes.
The unit length of the targeted sheet and quantity can be set in the touchscreen.
The system is simple and easy to operate.
Feeding Table & Pre-Cutter
The bracket of the feeding table provides a stable support
structure for the entire feeding mechanism, ensuring the position
accuracy of each component during the feeding process. The conveyor
roller is installed on the bracket to carry and convey the metal
sheet.
Shaft & Roller
During the tile pressing process, the rollers apply pressure to the
sheet material and cause it to undergo plastic deformation. By
precisely controlling the movement and spacing of the rollers, it
is ensured that the processed trapezoidal tiles meet the prescribed
dimensional standards in terms of length, width, corrugated height
and spacing, thus ensuring product consistency and
interchangeability.
Pressing Section & Cutter
The cutting speed of the cutter can usually be adjusted according
to the operating speed of the tile press and the material of the
board to achieve the best production rhythm. For example, for
thinner boards, the cutter can complete the cutting action faster,
while for thicker boards, the cutting speed is adjusted
appropriately to ensure the cutting quality without affecting
production efficiency.
