Uncoilers play an indispensable role in the production process of tile presses. In the production process of tile presses, metal sheets are usually supplied in the form of coils, and the primary function of the uncoiler is to smoothly and steadily unwind these tightly wound metal sheets.
Hydraulic Pump Station
When the equipment encounters abnormal resistance or excessive
pressure, it can automatically adjust the pressure of the hydraulic
system to avoid damage to the equipment due to overload, thereby
improving the reliability and stability of the floor deck forming
machine.
Touch Screen Control Cabinet
The control cabinet has two modes, automatic and manual modes.
The unit length of the targeted sheet and quantity can be set in the touchscreen.
The system is simple and easy to operate.
Feeding Table & Pre-Cutter
The surface of the feed table is usually made of smooth, wear-resistant materials or coatings that will not scratch the plate, avoiding scratches, abrasion and other damage to the plate surface during plate transportation and loading, and protecting the surface quality and coating integrity of the plate. This is especially important for some plates that have been specially treated on the surface or have high appearance requirements.
Shaft & Roller
During the tile pressing process, the contact between the wheel and the plate can play a certain buffering role, reducing the impact force of the tile press on the plate at the moment of pressing, avoiding damage to the plate due to excessive force, and also reducing the vibration and noise of the equipment, protecting other parts of the equipment.
Pressing Section & Cutter
The pressure, speed and other parameters of the cutter can be adjusted according to the different materials and thicknesses of the plates to achieve effective cutting of various materials (such as color steel plates, aluminum plates, etc.) and plates of different thicknesses, making the tile press more adaptable and versatile.
