Product Description
The first step of the double-layer trapezoidal tile press is the
sheet conveying. Usually, it is equipped with a feeding device to
smoothly feed the metal sheet to be processed (such as color steel
sheet, galvanized sheet, etc.) into the machine. These feeding
devices generally include a powered roller, which is driven by a
motor to rotate the roller. The sheet is placed on the roller and
is conveyed to the next processing link under the action of
friction. The speed of the powered roller can be adjusted according
to production needs to match the rhythm of the subsequent forming
process.

is to smoothly and steadily unwind these tightly wound metal
sheets.
Hydraulic Pump Station
When the equipment encounters abnormal resistance or excessive
pressure, it can automatically adjust the pressure of the hydraulic
system to avoid damage to the equipment due to overload, thereby
improving the reliability and stability of the floor deck forming
machine.
Touch Screen Control Cabinet
Users can store the production programs of tile presses of different specifications in the control cabinet. The next time they produce products of the same specifications, they can directly call them without resetting parameters, which greatly improves production efficiency.
Feeding Table & Pre-Cutter
The feed table is usually equipped with conveying devices, such as conveyor rollers, conveyor belts, etc., which can slowly and steadily convey the plates from one end of the feed table to the entrance of the tile press.
Shaft & Roller
The shaft is the supporting base of the roller, which keeps the
roller in the correct position and posture to ensure that it can
stably press and shape the plate. Multiple groups of rollers are
installed on the frame of the tile press through the shaft. The
accuracy and strength of the shaft directly affect the
concentricity and stability of the roller, and thus affect the
forming quality of the glazed tile.
Pressing Section & Cutter
The material of blade is CR12.
With high strength, better hardenability and good wear resistance.
