Product Description
First, the rolled color steel sheet is placed on the unwinding
rack, and the sheet is conveyed to the roller forming part of the
forming system through the feed guide roller. In the roller, the
color steel sheet is gradually bent and initially formed under the
action of the rotating roller. Then, the initially formed sheet
enters the pressing part, and the hydraulic cylinder drives the
mold to move up and down to press the sheet into the shape of
glazed tiles. In this process, the sheet is continuously conveyed
forward. When the length measuring device detects that the sheet
has reached the set length, the hydraulic cylinder of the cutting
system drives the cutter to move up and down to cut the color steel
glazed tile to obtain the finished product. The entire process is
carried out in a cycle according to the set parameters and programs
under the precise control of the control system to achieve
continuous production operations.

Hydraulic Pump Station
When the equipment encounters abnormal resistance or excessive
pressure, it can automatically adjust the pressure of the hydraulic
system to avoid damage to the equipment due to overload, thereby
improving the reliability and stability of the floor deck forming
machine.
In the cutting process, the hydraulic pump station pushes the cutting tool to move quickly and forcefully, accurately cutting the formed floor deck to the set length.
Touch Screen Control Cabinet
The control cabinet has two modes, automatic and manual modes.
The unit length of the targeted sheet and quantity can be set in the touchscreen.
The system is simple and easy to operate.
Feeding Table & Pre-Cutter
The feeding table also has a certain buffering function. When there
is a short speed fluctuation in the upstream uncoiler or downstream
forming equipment, the feeding table can maintain the continuity of
material transportation through its own buffering mechanism to
avoid production stagnation or sheet damage caused by speed
differences.
Shaft & Roller
Material is 45# Steel Quenching and Plating.
The processed rollers are smooth, hard and will not rust.
Will not leave any scratches on the sheet when working.
Pressing Section & Cutter
The material of blade is CR12.
With high strength, better hardenability and good wear resistance.
